The ownership transition process related to Proficy software is entering its next phase – Proficy is becoming part of Velotic, a new organization fully focused on industrial software development.
Velotic brings together the experience and expertise of three well-established portfolios: Proficy, Kepware, and ThingWorx, creating a unified ecosystem of solutions for modern manufacturing environments. The new company operates as an independent, pure-play software organization, focused on supporting industrial operations – from data collection and analysis to process optimization.
For our customers and partners, this means:

Importantly, this change does not affect our ongoing cooperation.All projects, contracts, and support delivered by VIX Automation will continue without any changes.
