What does a framework audit or consultation plan look like?

We always start with the preparation for auditing activities; we know perfectly well that every company is different. That's why: we make an initial assessment of the audited area and identify the main problems or needs. We appoint a working team and plan the availability of appropriate people (including selected foremen, managers, operators, technologists, quality department representatives, continuous development representatives, maintenance representatives, IT representatives, financial director, etc.).

STAGE 1: Audit at the customer's site

Visiting the production lines covered by the project, consultations with the working team. Review of available documentation, verification of the possibilities of communication with devices on the production line, analysis of control systems, available interfaces, etc. Identification of areas for possible production optimisation using GE Digital software (visualisation, process data archiving, efficiency, including OEE, quality, production tracking, reporting), software upgrades or integration with master systems.

STAGE 2: Preparation of documentation and audit results

Preparation of a report including a summary of conclusions concerning necessary or recommended modifications of industrial software. Preparation of budget estimates, cost estimates and possible business benefits from the proposed improvements.

STAGE 3. Summary and conclusions

Presentation of audit results and the most important conclusions and recommendations.
