Proficy HMI/SCADA iFIX production management and visualization system, present on the market for over 35 years, gained wide recognition around the world. It is present in almost 1,000 production plants in Poland and over 400,000 licences are used worldwide. Proficy iFIX 2024 is the first version of this SCADA system, released by the new brand of the manufacturer – GE Vernova.

Security areas
Greater flexibility when working with Security Areas – in order to control/manage a variable, the user must belong to one of the areas or must belong to all areas defined for the variable.
Improvements in the visualization of Operations Hub screens
- Aspect ratio based scaling: ability to define an aspect ratio for areas of the screen and scale visual content according to the set ratio.
- Click zones: the ability to navigate and perform other actions through defined by user clicks on the HMI graphics

Supported operating systems
The minimum iFIX software requirements include one of the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2022
- Microsoft Windows Server 2019
- Microsoft Windows 11 Professional or Enterprise Edition.
- Microsoft Windows 11 IoT Enterprise. Use of iFIX for IoT is further restricted by the iFIX Terms and Conditions; please see the iFIX Terms and Conditions for details.
- Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) Professional, Enterprise, or Enterprise LTSC Edition (version 21H2 or higher).
- Microsoft Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Enterprise LTSC Edition (version 21H2 or higher). Use of iFIX for IoT is further restricted by the iFIX Terms and Conditions; please see the iFIX Terms and Conditions for details.
