What is WIN-911?

The WIN-911 software is a add-in to SCADA systems. It enables a full and dynamic integration with iFIX or Cimplicity by extending the ability to respond to alarms generated by the SCADA system. The software works well in particular in a situation when a person outside the control room has to be notified of an alarm. It sends alarm notification by SMS (additional modem and Ultimate licence required) or by email. It is also possible to use a mobile application - Mobile-911.

What can WIN-911 do?

The application enables users to prioritise alarms generated by HMI/SCADA iFIX & Cimplicity so that the right signals from the production site are sent directly to the right people. The mechanisms of escalation, taking the work schedule (availability of people) into account or the possibility of confirming messages remotely clearly reduce the response time to alarm situations. WIN911 attracts a large number of users thanks to its simple interface and easy configuration.
