Acceleration Plan is professional technical support provided by GE Vernova (GE Digital). It is available in English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Customer Community portal and by email. Service issues can be reported directly to GE Vernova and managed using the Customer Service Number (CSN).

Distributor's support

If you buy iFIX SCADA from our distibution (or other Proficy products), you can count on us in any situation! Support is provided by email or by phone in Polish during business working hours of VIX Automation.

Free updates

You can count on a free update of the Proficy software. After the update you can enjoy all new features!
